How I Transformed T-Mobile's Ho-Hum Training into a Memorable Experience
The team at T-Mobile wanted to improve their employee's knowledge of the features and benefits of their products and services. They wanted an eLearning course that was interactive and engaging.
We worked together to create 8 hilarious videos that got the message across in a way that was both educational and memorable. As a result, employee's performance improved (and an eCourse experience that they enjoyed)
Jason's Deli 'WE CARE' Diversity & Inclusion Series
Jason's Deli is so passionate about diversity and wanted to share that passion with new and existing employees. The main concern was getting top management to breakthrough and be their authentic selves. I made them comfortable yet pushed them enough to get the best end result.
The feedback has been positive and "extremely impactful." Simple, yet packs a big punch.
City BBQ has a phenomenal culture and I helped share it with the world
Due to a challenging and competitive hospitality workforce, City BBQ is a top employer needed to share their story with the outside world.
I created a series of heartfelt content for their website, social media channels, recruiting vehicles, etc. Videos included various managers and employees sharing personal stories of how City BBQ has impacted their lives. Results show higher social media engagement and an increased number of applications.

Heritage Restaurant Group recognizes a legacy behind the brand
Mike Molina was a man of great character and was a long time franchisee. He passed away unexpectedly of a brief illness. The goal of this video was to 'honor the Past and Build a Legacy for the Future' (one of Heritage Restaurant Group's guiding principles).
The video was shown at the annual conference and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. It not only brought some healing to the entire Molina family but it showed everyone what the culture is all about... the people.
Video content is a highly agile medium and there are many different types of video that you can use as part of your video strategy:
Product Demonstration Explainer Brand Story Customer Testimonial Thought Leadership Training Social Media Recruitment Presentation
